Spreadshirt shop not updating

I have contacted your customer support, they have done nothing beyond not even bothering to read my message and sending me a generic email about how to create my first t-shirt.

On very rare occasion, the t-shirt designer will work only through the home page banner, when I click the green arrow that says "Create Now." It never works, however, in the backend when I go to "Create A Product" or when I attempt to edit an existing one, I just get the screen with a frozen loading bar. I am trying to start a site that is going to be powered entirely by Spreadshirt.

It could be a combination of many things, including the shirts being buried a little on the site, the economy, etc. I saw alot of words for my first 5 clicks, while all I wanted to see was your shirts. If someone has to really dig to find your goods, they may be giving up before finding your tees and moving on to the next site.Hi Li, I think in a way, asking this question is alot like going fishing and saying, shouldn't I have caught a fish by now? I saw alot of words for my first 5 clicks, while all I wanted to see was your shirts. If someone has to really dig to find your goods, they may be giving up before finding your tees and moving on to the next site. I have no idea, I don't use Spreadshirt, so maybe someone who does will have some good ways for you to verify that information, to be sure everything is set up correctly and running smoothly.Alot of each person's success will depend on technique. But if you think you would like your site reviewed, instead of persuing the question of commissions, I'd recommend a post in site review, to see if folks can possibly give you helpful suggestions to improve the "shop-a-bility" of your site.We store the products for you and print the items as soon as a customer orders them in your Shop. For you this means there is absolutely no risk and or obligation involved.
